pxFlow(pzInternalCaseFlow) is missing
Hi All,
When cases are opened, the pyWorkPage.pxFlow(pzInternalCaseFlow) is populated. I have a case which does not have that flow any more. I somehow open its internal assignment (assign-internal) and completes the assignment. In the other cases, I do the same thing, but whenever I refresh/reopen the case, the flow gets populated again.
Could someone explain why it happens and how I can fix that case? I am using Pega 7.2.1.
Update 1: When I manually call "Obj-Open-By-Handle" that case, the pxFlow(pzInternalCaseFlow) does not appear. On the other hand, the normal cases always have that flow. Do you think the root cause is from the background process? Are there any flags that mark the process to skip populating that flow?

Hello,
I think you will be only finding a solid solution with a solid replication. Is this issue from Dev or Production?
If it is from Dev then maybe somebody was testing something and the page may have been removed. In such scenario copy back the data is the best approach.
Now if this is from Production then you need to identify the replication scenario. Looking into case history maybe to find out how to replicate.

Hi,
It happened in Prod. Also, I can reproduce the error in dev. The reason why I open this question is I want to find a solution for the broken cases. The missing flow is an internal case flow so I expect there is an activity or whatever to manually populates that flow when it is missing.
