pxFlow page order is not correct

Hi,

we have upgraded our WAS Proprietary information hidden-->WAS Proprietary information hidden  for our application. But after upgrade we are facing issue in functionality that is related to order of pxFlow pages created by OOTB rules are diffrent in old vs new environment and because of changes in order of the pages some of the functionality is not working. Did any face the similar issue in the past?
