You can disable the all reports button using privilege or access group.!

Unfortunately, the section that contains the "All Reports" link is a final rule. So, there is no easy way to remove that.

Even though the requirement is not the same, the idea suggested there may be help. Depending on the access group of the user for whom you are trying to avoid, you may have to open the RDs that they should not have access to and include the right privilege. That way, even if they click on "All Reports", the reports don't show up there.

Thanks for the help, one solution will be set a single report, wont happen this behavior. The solution that I applied at the moment was to call another section in one of the containers (not final rule) inside the Harness, this will be temporal until request to view a report for user is requested.
