PRPC 6.2 Product packaging issue

We are in PRPC 6.2 and i am trying to create a product which includes just a class instance with a when filter including only one workobject.

When we try to preview the product file, it shows up good as having 1 instance, but issue is when we try to create a product file - a new window open with a progress bar starting at 0% and after few seconds no progress in the bar with no error message or status of progressing like 5%, 10 %...

Has any one seen this behaviour and was wondering if there is any hotfix for this ??

I believe you are seeing this issue in creating RAP.

could you please provide the log file or tracer to see whats happening on the background.
