Propensity Threshold

hi Team

I am trying to use Propensity threshold for our application. I am able to see the ModelPropensityThreshold decision data is have action and treatment name columns, but i am unable to fill that in the NBA designer since attributes are not available.

please help to guide , how we can configure with action and treament
