Customer Profile Viewer not showing Customer data

Hello,

I was working on CDH 8.7 and I was trying to access Customer Profile viewer and the nba for single customer but i am facing the issues while accessing customer data in Customer Profile viewer.

I also enabled the CPV followed document, one issue i found was the the Real-time data flows are in Status queued state after setting the DSS, and also Running the both stream and  decision activities, actually in doc is written the Data flow status should be IN Progress but mine is Queued.
