Project_Template solution

Hello,

I have been reading best practices documents and it mentions a Project_Template Solution but I can't find this template anywhere. Can you please tell me where i can download it?

The document is very old (if you look at the picture in the document where it references the project_template, it shows 2008). I've looked internally and I don't see anything that would resemble this template. If it existed at some point... it no longer exists. 

The examples from https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-rpa/pega-rpa are going to be the only references available.
