Production Ruleset not Visible when Saving a Rule
Hi
We wanted to have production ruleset ( unlocked ) for delegation. So when I created a new ruleset and updated the new application and access group's too. But when I tried to save as a rule the new ruleset is not appearing. Screen shots attached.
Pls assist.

It may be restricted by the class itself.
Can you try opening the class that you are trying to save into.
Then change to the Advanced tab and scroll towards the bottom of the screen and check whether that classes is restricted to only allow you to save to listed rulesets.
