Access to production Ruleset

I have added the production ruleset in the application rule under PRODUCTION RULESETS (CUSTOMIZATION). But i was not able to access the production ruleset to create a new rule or delegate the new/existing rule (i.e. not able to access the production ruleset in the dropdown). What is option to access the production ruleset for my application? Please advice.

Hi there,

You have to check whether top version of  the production ruleset is unlocked or not. If not, then you need to leave the top version of the ruleset unlocked.
Even after unlocking if ruleset version doesn't popup in the list, then you need to revisit the pre-requisites mentioned in the Production ruleset version.

In order for the production ruleset to be displayed in the drop down you need to specify the production ruleset in the access group as wel not just specifying in application rule form ,When RuleSets are specified in this array in the Application rule form, you can select them within the Access Group form for a particular access group.

In order for the production ruleset to be displayed in the drop down you need to specify the production ruleset in the access group as wel not just specifying in application rule form ,When RuleSets are specified in this array in the Application rule form, you can select them within the Access Group form for a particular access group. The Access Group form has a matching Production RuleSets array that corresponds to this one on the Application rule form.
 
For the ruleset to be displayed in the drop down make sure you specify appropriate ruleset prerequisite to the Production ruleset eg: if you top most ruleset in the application is xyz:01-01-01 you need to specify this ruleset in the pre-requisite of your production ruleset.
