Problem opening exercise system

I have a problem opening exercise system I get the following

Status fail
Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Operator ID SA@TGB

Engine Version PegaRULES 7.20 ML0 (coreAssemblyCached_72_868)

Earlier today I was trying to refresh my project and it was hanging or a while then I closed the exercise window.

Hi,

While I am trying to download CSSA 7.2 the exercise system, the below error comes in PopUp : "Unable to open the attachment. You lack the required permissions". The same ISSUE happening with the Student Guide - Senior System Architect and Exercise Guide - Senior System Architect links as well.

So please resolve the ISSUE soon. I am preparing for CSSA and I need to download the exercise system.

Has this issue been resolved?

I have the same issue.

Error Unable to open the attachment. You lack the required permissions

We are trying to download the Student Guide - Senior System Architect for the following course

https://academy.pega.com/library/72/senior-system-architect

However this is not working! We have tried this by 2 different users, enrolling then un-enrolling and enrolling again, different browsers and in incognito mode.
