Download Exercise System problem

When I try to click the Token ID to load the PVS, I got "Navigation to the webpage was canceled"

Please advise

I am using IE.

When the token ID comes up in that little window, right-click on that ID and select Save Link As (or however IE displays that option now). Then, just select a spot on your local drive to save the file.

The link is not behaving as a link. I tried in IE and Chrome. I don't see anyone esle having had the issue in the forum.
