Problem in designer forms

Hellow!
I am using pega 8.3. I want pick text input and drag down on form, but list of controls not loading(see pic.1).
It chrome browser, but in Edge and Firefox same.

Hi,

Could you please confirm in which browser you are facing the issue? Is the issue happens only with the specific section ? Do you see any error in the console in the developer tools?

Well, based on the error: "Истекло время ожидания запроса" (fetching time exceeds the limit, 30 secs), it seems that your db connection is too slow.

Could you check - what report definition is running during the request?
