problem in exercise DESIGNING A USER INTERFACE
hi good day
I want to do the exercise but i'm lost in this instruction
Along the bottom of the window, click the Live UI icon to examine the elements of the form. A pane opens along the right edge of the window that displays a listing of UI elements.
Click the Service type drop-down to display configuration details for the drop-down control.
i did it but i don't have Service Type ...

maybe i have to do more instructions but i need your help to complete it

Yes, if you un-enroll in the course and re-enroll you will get a clean exercise system. Each exercise log-in should be a clean starting point for that exercise. It looks like you did not start with a clean system. Your New: Assistance request view should look like the attached screenshot (I have selected the Service type drop-down).

To clarify, I meant you should unenroll and re-enroll in the course, not just log out and log back in. To unenroll in a course, go to the Course Overview, click the Options button, and click Un-enroll. When you re-enroll you will have a clean exercise system. I've attached a screenshot.
