I have a flow where I have 5 flow actions each with likelihood of 12.

on screen load one of the flow action is by default loading on the screen along with another section where as rest of the 4 flow actions are under the actions button.

My requirement is all 5 flowactions should be under actions button on load of screen and only another section should be displayed and then user goes to actions button and selects what he wants

How to achieve this requirement?

note: there is also one local action 0n the assignment. On screen load local action can also be displayed instead of flow action
