Send an email from Operator's Email Address instaed of default account

We have a requirement to send emails from Email Address present in Operator's Record instead of Default Email Account .

The main challenges are :

  • In operator record the email address will be an outlook email id and as per organization policy password will be updated after every 3 months 
  • End user will not have access to designer studio by that they can not update the password by themselves. So configuring an email account in pega for every operators is not best solution for us.

What can be the best way to implement this requirement ?
