URL Mappings - Application Skin is not loading
I have created URL mapping in pega for a specific case type and I used the OOTB pxOpenByKeys activity to open a case in review harness. When i access the case via URL Mappings, the application skin is not loaded and the UI is not rendering as intended. Does anyone know of any workarounds for this?

Hi @JenishJerome,
Could you please let us know if the URL mapping is done for Theme Cosmos or UIKit based application ?

Also make sure that the operator you are using for the url mapping test has access only to the End User Portal and does not have any dev access
