pr4_rule_vw is not getting populated
After upgrade from 7.1.8 to 7.4, we have observed that the pr4_rule_vw is partially populated. specially it is happening in our ACC environment, where we didn't find this issue in lower environments.
I know upto 7.1.8 there were few DB triggers who used to do this job and now it is handled by PRPCRule Engine, but i'm not able to get exactly how it is done by the rule engine and what should I do to populate this table.

you can use prpcUtils to resave all Rule- Classes and their descendants. Population of this table now occurs within the engine code.

Hi Dheer,
we run into the same issue and wondering how to run the prpcUtils to resave the Rule- classes and their descendants. i mean what arguments need to pass to prpcUtils to perform this operation. Any help is greatly apprecaited.
