Image not getting populated in Word document
I am using a rule-binary file to store an image and
using the image in a paragraph,which is inside a section , section is reffered in the correspondence rule of 'Mail' type.I am generating the entire correspondence into a word doc.However the image is not appearing?Can anybody help with a solution?
FYI I cant use image in the word document directly as I need to add that image conditionally .

Further update from pega Technical support team ,
It’s a known issue with PRPC 7.1.9 and the fix is available in PRPC 7.2.2. Here the only solution is to upgrade to PRPC 7.2.2, Please refer the below Pega article.

Are you giving the complete file path or only /webwb/image name ?
Also, have you tried running fiddler while generating the document ? Anything interesting over there ?

Hi Swarnendu,
According to the below post,I have tried with the resolution step applying <span style="mso-element:field-begin"></span>pega:binary attachfile=image_pzInsKey<span style="mso-element:field-end"></span>.
This is also not working !

Just to update ,I have raised a SR-B76687 for this issue which is presently being investigated by the technical support team .
