Ms Word Document or PDF generation with images on the case

Hi,

Has anyone done the use case of generating document or PDF to include the images in the attachment or added to the Rich Text control.

The requirement is that user need the ability to add images and excel table layout from outside during the process and finally to export it to Ms Word or PDF with the data on the case with images.
