How to Insert Image as Object in Word Document

Hi All,

<PegaDocumentObject><pega:reference name="$THIS.OutputImage" mode="normal"/></PegaDocumentObject> tag will show the image in Word Document.

My Req is to show as Object In Word as shown below. On Click of that image, the image should be opened.Any Tags or any other approach available, please suggest.
