HTML Fragment rule content not getting displayed
Hi,
Edit HTML Fragment rule content is not getting displayed after the application is migrated from 5.5 to 7.1.7. Below is the content format in the HTML Fragment and is refrerenced in Paragraph rule. Can anyone please provide suggestion to troubleshoot this problem.

This issue is resolved. Problem was due to an apostrophe in the HTML text. It is replaced with ' after which the content is getting displayed. Thanks

Are you referencing the HTML Fragment inside Paragraph rule using HTML directives ? If yes then try using <pega:include> JSP tags instead and check once.
Alternatively you can also use insert rule option available in the advanced RTE of paragraph ruleform.

It is already using <pega:include> as below in Paragraph rule:
var scrollercontent='<pega:include name="NewsScroll"/>'
