Rules view not getting created in pr4_rule_vw
Since last 2 days all our newly created rules/ check out rules are not getting stored into data-rule-summary table. As a result we are getting rule count as 0 in ruleset form though the rule set is having rules in side it. Also no rule while clicking check out rules link in designer studio..

Up until 7.1.8 the pr4_rule_vw table and the pr_sys_updatescache tables were populated using database triggers.  It seems like a couple of days ago when this started someone must have disabled the database triggers.  There should be triggers on the pr4_base and all of the pr4_rule* tables.  Once the triggers are back in place you will need to issue an update statement on each table, setting pzInskey=pzInskey, to get the tables back in sync.
