PLA 1.0.23-War deployed in WAS7 but unable to create profile
Hi,
I have deployed the latest PLA war 1.0.23 in WAS7 and when i cretae profile it is not loading in the dropdown.There is no error message.
Below are from sys out log.but that profile is not loading on the drop down for selection.Is it a permission issue?If so what permission has to be given to and on which directory.

Are you using IE? Have you tried chrome for example? Should this be the issue: https://collaborate.pega.com/question/cant-drill-down-individual-alert-pla-1023

it didn't help at all.I tried all IE,chrome and firefox and i think it is the problem with permission where it is is creating the profile.Please let me know which directory it is creating the profile.

unfortunately PLA does not fall into the category of the supported tools. I am not the best person to answer your question. But if I were you, I would simply deploy on a tomcat (or use the bundled version with has everything) as it is often the case for most of our users. If that works, at least you have a way to use the tool.
