Personal Edition 7.1.9 download

As i understand for CLSA part 2 we have to develop the application in v 7.1.9, so I wantd to download the personal edition of same version. Additionally the practice application build solution doesn't seems to be working on v 7.1.7 personal edition which I currentlyhave.

Now the problem while trying to request for PE , PDN is only giving me the option for v 7.2. Will like some help as to how to request for 7.1.9 PE.

We only provide you with the latest version for Personal Edition.

Yes, that is correct, only 7.3 is available for download.
