Unable to download Pega 7.1.9 PE
I have been trying to download 7.1.9 PE since yesterday. I have tried 6-7 times already.
I have tried using IDM. I have tried using DownThemAll extension of Firefox. Even tried the normal download option of Firefox.
But every time it stops after sometime(I could download 940MB at most). Sometimes it is because of a timeout. Sometimes it is because of incorrect size info, etc etc.
Is there any way to get a resumable link?
It seems strange that such a big file is being provided for download via a service which does not support resuming the download.

Hi Aritra,
I'd recommend to try the download when you are on another network (a different internet connection). If you are using Wi-Fi, try using cable to connect to internet.

I will try that.
I was surprised to see that the PVS for the Academy courses support resume functionality. I could download those very easily(via Wi-Fi and IDM).

I am unable to download also because the download file is not resumable. No matters how fast my internet is, it is still failing every time I try. Please suggest or provide a workaround.

I don't think anyone will be successful with Pega PE download. If anyone successful, i like to hear. PE is placed in wrong place with lot of restriction and no one is able to download. Raised SR but no use.
All other downloads with 5GB size downloading in 15mins at my home but my multiple tries failed. I am sure source file is in wrong place.

Please know we are doing everything possible to mitigate the download response times and are actively seeking solutions. In the interim, may I suggest using a "download manager" which would help the process along. Given that the file is several gigabytes, download managers allow users to 'resume' downloads if there is any interruption in the process, making it possible to get the complete file intact. Some browsers have plugins and add-ons for free to help in this area.
If this is not a viable option to do, due to IT policies at your organization, I completely understand. Please enter in a support request from the My Support Portal (MSP) to request an alternative solution if downloading from this site is not possible.

It still Doesn't work with the Download Manager . I am getting the error as attached in the screenshot .
I have tried with 2 download managers but there is no resume facility for this file . Kindly check
