Perform Click in Control Region not working

Hi i am using add control region for my automation because the buttons cannot be interrogated. I have screenshots below and i am wondering why my perform click is not working. I did all the instructions including editing the file openspan.ini. I am wondering why getText is working and not perform click. Kindly help me. Thanks in advance.

I already solved the problem. No need for add control region, its all in the Add Menu Items.
