Control Region Cannot Retrieve Text

I cannot retrieve the text from the specified region but I can perform click.

I have already included the .exe file to OpenSpan.ini under [GDI] to ProcessList and have set Enabled = 1; I have already set the control region's propert set_usedirecttext = true. What other steps am I missing?

Control Regions are a little picky when it comes their location.  Make sure your text is not close to the edge of the region and that the regions do not overlap.
