PegaNBAM-Artifacts , PegaNBAM-Rules are open?

In thePegaMarketing application there are some rulesets that are open by default. these rulesets are PegaNBAM-Artifacts en de PegaNBAM-Rules. Should they be open? Is it a security threat that they are open? What would be the impact of closing them?

The artifacts ruleset should remain open.  It remains open to allow marketers to continue to build marketing assets.  The rules ruleset is typically closed after the implementation/customization of the application is complete.
