CDH saves when rules in Artifacts

Hi,

I've noticed that when creating a when rule on the fly in CDH this gets saved in Artifacts. I would like to know what is the best practice here. I am a bit hesitant to leave any decisioning rules in the Artifacts ruleset as it might become harder to back any code. I would prefer to leave all my decisionining rules in the Rules ruleset as I believe this was the best practice in the past.

@AlexAndrei It depends upon your Access Group destination ruleset . Point it to some relevant/ desired RS and then try to create one.
