NBA Designer Upgrade 8.4 to 8.5

While validating an upgrade from 8.4 to 8.5, I encountered a message in NBA Designer saying it needs to be upgraded, along with an option to upgrade. After clicking the button to upgrade, the system encountered several errors trying to generate OOTB strategy rules.

This documentation suggests that errors can occur when upgrading from NBA Designer version 1 to version 2. However, I believe 8.4 uses version 2, so this upgrade is from one variant of version 2 to another.

A screen shot of the strategy rules that encountered errors is attached. These were the only errors encountered.

As a result of the ticket referenced here, we learned that the errors were caused by both Singular Name and Plural Name for a context named Accounts being defined as "Accounts" instead the Singular name being defined as "Account". Once this was resolved, NBA Designer upgraded successfully.
