NBAM Artifacts are not getting created
We are building an NBAM application from scratch which has Pega Marketing as built on. But even with all settings done, we are unable to create any NBAM artifact as it is throwing exception regarding SR classes. Posting the high level details for the same and need expert advice accordingly.
- Instance has Pega platform 7.3.1
- Built on application is PegaMarketing_FW 07.31
- SR Structure has been created (Issues and Groups in Pega Marketing Portal)
- Details of Issue-Group structure attached.
- Exception thrown- The reference ClassPegaMKT-Work-Offer-Retentiondoesnotexist.Pleasedefineanexistingparentclass. is not valid. Reason: unexpected end of reference string
- Checked the PegaMKT-Work-Offer class and found that the Retention (Issue)/Awareness(Group) classes were not created and the system is expecting such classes to exist.
- Verified proposition management landing page to check Top Level SR Class field value. It is correctly set.
Please help us understanding the possible root cause of this issue and feel free to respond on this thread, if any further information needed. A guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you posting query in PSC.
Do you have NBAM-SR class at your end?
If we create an issue i.e. issue-1, then the class created is NBAM-SR-Issue1.
Below snapshot for your reference:
Check if you have same kind of structure at your end.
Could you please share logs for the reported issue (error while creating offer.).
