NBAM Practice Cloud Server is not working

The below cloud URL is bot working which is given as the practice server for the NBAM course.

Hi Chrantan,
I see that you have input an SR ID here but that SR does not seem related to this question. I believe your issue is with a course provided by Pega Academy. Is that correct? While you confirm this point, I will move your post into the Pega Academy community space for faster resolution.

I have raised the SR in this regard only. But, support engineers has asked to raise the issue here in this forum since that task was out of scope of their work.
Rest of your statements are correct. So, I will urge you to do the needful for the faster resolution.

Thanks for your valuable insight. But the problem is with the access of the cloud URL (http:// Proprietary information hidden/prweb/).
The cloud URL is not opening up in internet. It showing as "Connection Refused".

Yes, you can after you downloaded and started the Pega Marketing 7.21 exercise system on your laptop. (As explained by Guru)
Hence URL http:// Proprietary information hidden/prweb/ does NOT take you to a Pega cloud exercise system, it takes you to your local on-premise exercise system.
