pegachat failure to connect to DB
I am using Pega v7.2.
In a nutshell this is what is happening.
In our production environment Pegachat is working except the user are complaining that the pegachat QUIs are overlaying areas of the screen that if shouldn’t. I might add pegachat has been disabled for about a year now. The operators told me this did not happen before.
What I want to do is get pegachat working in our UAT environment so I can duplicate the problem and fix it. My immediate problem is I cannot get pegachat working in uat. I don’t know if it ever did work in uat.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have noticed the following differences. In production there is no pegachat db listed. See below.
In UAT pegachat db is defined however I get the following error when I try to connect.

Hi, As per the error description, JDBC URL is not configured precisely is the cause of the issue. You'll need to get the required JDBC URL from your Application Infra Team and add it in the application while creating the Database from Records - Sysadmin- Database.
