Connect-Cassandra connection failure

Hi ,

We are trying to do a POC by connecting to an external Cassandra cluster.When I tried to configure the connect-Cassandra rule with the host /port and test the connectivity , it throws the below exception.

We are trying to do a POC by connecting to an external Cassandra cluster.When I tried to configure the connect-Cassandra rule with the host /port and test the connectivity , it throws the below exception.

Connection error:
com.pega.bigdata.cassandra.client.datastax.NoHostAvailableException: Host is not available, caused by com.datastax.driver.core.exceptions.NoHostAvailableException: All host(s) tried for query failed (tried: / Proprietary information hidden:9042 (com.datastax.driver.core.exceptions.TransportException: [/ Proprietary information hidden:9042] Cannot connect))
Both the Cassandra and pega are configured in the same box and hence I am not sure why there is a connection problem.
