Pega v8 BIX in AWS

We wonder if someone did use BIX in Pega v8 hosted in AWS to export to a schema instead to SFTP. We are not yet on v8 but 7.31. We also heard that BIX v8 export to schema in AWS Cloud might have been turned off. If it is enabled what are the steps doing so?
