Pega Upgrade 7.1.9 along with with HCIF 7.13 and CWS 7.11 to Pega 8.2

Hi,

I have a requirement to upgrade an application which is currently running on Pega 7.1.9 with Claims WorkStation(CWS 7.11v) and HCIF 7.13v frameworks to Pega 8.2.2.

As part of Pega's upgrade plan documentation Pega platform upgrade is defined clearly but the framework upgrade specially CWS versions prior to 7.31 doesn't have any prerequisite steps and the procedure on how to upgrade.

Can anyone please help me with CWS upgrade process guidelines?

Hi Susan,

Thanks for the document link.

But the document doesn't give details of any prerequisites other than creation of Listener folders. I was looking for something like HCIF upgrade documentation where it stated all the guidelines for upgrade based on the version from which we are to upgrade.

Do you happen to have any other information?
