HCWS 7.11 Upgrade

Hi , Currently we are doing the upgrade PEGA HCWS 7.14 ,

As per PEGA System advice for PEGA 7 upgrade from existing system configuration, as mentioned below. But during the import of HCWS 7.11 we are getting the error highlighted below. Please advice. 

Also I have attached screenshot for the import error.

Existing System

PRPC 6.2 SP2

Healthcare Industry Foundation (HCIF) v 7.6 SP2

Healthcare Claims Repair Framework (CRS) 7.6 SP2

Healthcare Claims WorkStation+ Framework (CWS) v7.6SP2

Proposed System and upgrade in Progress

Hi Uthayakumar,

In Healthcare-claims-workstation-711-upgrade-guide, page 2, Healthcare Industry Foundation: Be sure that Healthcare Industry Foundation (HCIF) is upgraded to 7.12 and verified.

On your system, you have installed a higher version of HCIF 7.14. I am not sure that if HCWS 7.11 is fully supported on HCIF 7.14.

Someone from HCIF team can answer your question.

Hi UthayaKumar,

I have confirmed from the corresponding team , the combination of HCIF 7.1.4 is not at certified for HCWS 7.11.

I would request you to upgrade HCIF to 7.12 as per the upgrade guide.
