Do we have to upgrade any build on application after upgrade Pega Platform from 7.11 to 8.3?

Hi,

Our application was built on the Service Case Manager for Financial Services 7.1.2 (PegaFSSCM). Do we have to upgrade PegaFSSCM after upgrade Pega Platform from 7.1.7 to 8.3? I did not find available application to upgrade. I found 116477_PFFS_8.3, 115974_CRMFS740.

The menu under "Configure -> Decisioning -> Infrastructure -> Services" is missing in our application but if we change our application to build on Pega Platform directly, it shows the menu under "Configure -> Decisioning -> Infrastructure -> Services"

Updating to the latest PegaFSSCM 7.21 may resolve the issue.

***The previous Pega Platform version is 7.1.7 not 7.11
