Pega Robotic Runtime is not running as expected

Hi,

I have installed the robotic studio and have a project with all my automations ready.
We have set up the robot manager and the config files on the system as well.

When we try to launch the runtime and load the project, the following error shows up. We have actually imported the robot manager twice and we suspect this might be the issue. We have noticed that the "Robotics" service package has been changed due to this, we tried restoring back the previous version even that did not resolve the issue.

Can anyone who knows how to deal with it, provide me the way out.
