Pega Robot Runtime client shutting down abruptly V19.1.66
Hi ,
I'm facing an issue with Pega Robotic Runtime client were it shutdowns abruptly, below is the runtime log that has been captured.
Only one application is launched via the runtime client [Except launching of app, no other operation is performed by the BOT] , after sometime the client shuts down thus closing the application launched via client.
Any pointers on how to troubleshoot the issue ?

@VarunK69 This might be best handled by opening a support case and getting someone to look at this with you. It seems like you may be seeing an exception in your application that is the culprit. Some hands-on analysis would be most helpful here. To troubleshoot on your own though, I would investigate anything you are doing in the automation right before the exception. Perhaps you are triggering a function within the application in a manner that was not expected and doing this always causes the error. Depending on the type of application, you may need to trigger that functionality in a different way. It might also be a timing issue, where you are triggering a click or some other event while you are navigating and need to wait for the controls to reload before triggering it. I cannot tell if either of these are true simply from the short log posted, however these are things you can look for. If it is a timing issue, you could tell that by adding an "absurd" pause before you trigger the event that causes the issue and see if the resolves it. If so, you can then examine the events happening before you trigger the event to determine what to wait for (versus having unnecessary pauses).
