Pega Platform 8.4 Personal Edition Installation Fails

Hi,

I'm unable to install PEGA 8.4 Personal Edition on a Windows 10 Virtual Machine (Virtual Box). I've added Firewall rules to allow port numbers 5432 and 8080 and before retrying the install each time, I wipe out the %Temp% directory and the E:\PEGA folder where I'm trying to get it installed. The error Logs and the error screenshot have been attached. Please provide any help if possible.

1.Remove the complete instance from your machine C drive.

2. Run the installation batch again for PRPC PE edition.

3.Change the Port number in the fresh installation. For Example, if it is 8080, make it 8081 and 5432 to 5433, and then proceed
