Please guide me in installing Pega Platform Personal Edition

I am unable to install Pega Platform Personal Edition in my Laptop, When I am clicking on the desktop shortcut-Login error being displayed is Application not found

Please open CMD and navigate to the location. Then try running the bat file. The error will come on the CMD, you can paste that, it will help to find the issue here
