Pega Platform 8.3 - Issue while running my Bot via Robot Manager
Hi everyone,
i have installed succefully pega platform 8.3 personal edition along with Robot Manger following Pega official tutorial. when i try to connect my Case and Bot via Unique ID from Pega Platform, it give me this error::
Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen. The automation service is either unavailable or this system is not authorized to execute automations. You have the option of either quitting or continuing with your work flow.
I followed number of discussions on Pega community but no success. all modifications are mentioned in attached file
attached file: Pega Platform 8_issuesLog.docx has all screenshots and configuration file modifications etc.

Hi,
Could you post RuntimeLog for the running bot? Do you see any errors in there? Did you install Runtime with "RDA integration" checkbox enabled?

i don't see any visible error in log file, attached you can have a look.
regarding RDA integration checkbox Enabled during installation, i really don't remember but as per my RuntimeConfig.xml file modification below, it should be fine no?
under <Robotics> tag
<LocalApiService enabled="true" SSL="false" port="9443" allowedOrigins="*" JWTSecurity="false" PegaServerURL="http://localhost:8080/RobotMgr"/>
