run bot registered in Robot Manager

Hi Team,

I have configure my VM commonconfig and able to connect to robot manager, everything works fine except when you or robot kill the openspan process instead of using shutdownruntime.exe, the signal of robot icon in robot manager will turn to red.

then the openspan not able to run because of connection issue unless I go to prpc to make this bot not available to receive the work. after that it will run again.

If I use shutdownruntime.exe to shut down openspan, sometime windows will pop up error msg saying openspan.runtime not respoding.

Could anyone can help me with this issue?

In your automation, try calling the TreminateRuntime method. That will shut down cleanly. Killing the process will not de-register the bot, and thus it will be red and unable to register on the next restart.
