Pega NBAM Framework installation

I am trying to install NBAM framework and couldn't able to install as the steps in the Installation guide are not that clear. I tried to raise a support request but currently the support portal is down.

Could someone please help me on NBAM installation.

Please elaborate for better understanding.

What is the version of NBAM you are trying to install ? Base PRPC version ?

Also, please mention what is the issue that you are facing ?

Hi Mounika,

I am trying to install NBAM v7.13 and PRPC v7.19.

I am going through "NextBestActionMarketing_InstallGuide.pdf" document and i am not clear on the following steps.

  • Change to the Install\DDL\<dbtype> folder of the NBAM release, where <dbtype> is either Oracle or
  • DB2.
  • Copy the file database_properties-TEMPLATE.ini to database_properties.ini
  • Update the file database_properties.ini to reference your specific DB.
  • Run the script Install_PegaNBAM.bat.

Could you please help me on what exactly needs to be done for the above steps.
