Installation of PCS Framework on top of Sales Automation Framework

Hi,

As per our requirements we require a PCS framework installation for a POC activity. We already have Sales Automation Framework installed in Pega 7.1.9 server. Please provide clarification whether the PCS framework can be installed on Sales Automation framework and the installation guide for installing a framework on top of a framework.

Hi Henry,

Do you mean installing Product Composer system or Pega Customer Service?

We can have multiple frameworks installed on same instance.

There is no seperate installation guide for installing framework on top of another as we are installing two frameworks in parallel. You can follow PCS installation guide available in PDN.
