Issue while Creating an Application on Top of PCS Framework

I have having trouble while creating an application on top of PCS v7.22 Framework. Please find the attachement for refrence.

Just for your information. I have all the 07-22-XX version as I am trying to use v7.22 but for some reason it is looking for 07-12-99 for all the rulesets.

Hi,

I see that the ruleset QHPFW:01-01-01 is expecting a pre-requisite, atleast I am guessing from the top of my head.

Please provide step by step details as to what is bing done.

Is this a fresh DCO on top of PCS7.22 OR a DCO on top of a FRAMEWORK already built on PCS 7.22?
