IMPLEMENTING PEGA SALES AUTOMATION - Excercis for IMPORTING SALES AUTOMATION DATA

This excercise for this module requires downloading a csv file (Operators.csv) for the purpose of importing operator data into a Sales Automation implementation.

I followed the detailed steps for the course, on reaching the step for validating the .csv, i get the following errors, which ideally i am not supposed to. Need help.

I'm not able to reproduce the error. Can you please verify the following:

  • The cloud exercise environment requested for the exercise is used
  • You are logged in as  SFASampleSalesOps
  • The SA_Operators template was selected
