Data import in Pega Sales Automation
Hi,
On Pega SA 7.22:

1) there is a mention of a word doc in the above PDN page (Prepare data section, bullet-2) which was not found in the zip file. How do we get that?
2) most of the templates have some reference to IDs (ex. Organisation csv has a reference to Territory which has to be an ID and not a name). How do business users get the IDs of the referenced entities when Pega SA doesnt show the pyID if you open any entity (ex. i dont see pyID when i open a Territory or organization instance)?
