Pega Sales Automation Foundation not current?

Hi,

Last week, I updated my Pega Sales Automation Foundation to 24.2 after having done 8.8.

At the bottom of Pega Sales Automation Foundation 24.2 the badge has an exclamation mark, which would mean that it's not current. In my profile, the badge says Pega Sales Automation Foundation 8.8.

What could be the reason of this?
